A Channel is each specific sales channel either market place, shopping kart, shipping or accounting channel you have connected to KartzHub. For instance, if you have 1 Prestashop account, 1 eBay account and 1 Royalmail account connected, that would be considered as 3 Channels.

What is considered a Channel?

Current terms of KartzHub contract are 30 days. We always want to keep it as simple as possible for you. If you sign up annually, you will agree to a 1-year contract at a discounted rate.

How long is my contract once I subscribe?

Yes, you can change, upgrade or downgrade your subscribed plan yourself at any time. KartzHub scales with you as your business grows. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at the end of the month. We do not offer refunds.

Can I switch plans Or Cancel in between?

You can try KartzHub 14 days for free. No credit card is required for the trial, and you can create up to 100 new listings on any one given channel. To continue the service, you will need to choose a plan and enter your payment info before the end of 14 days or your account will be deactivated.

Are there any setup fees?

No, but we offer a discounted rate if you do. We’ve found that customers who can commit to a full year of using KartzHub will be more successful multichannel retailers in the long run.

Do I need to pay for a year up front?

You will first be billed on the day you subscribe one of the pricing plans and enter your payment information. A subscription to our service is much like any other subscription in that it will automatically be renewed and billed to you until you cancel.
